"Positive experience for a small biz owner"
I just got everything going not too long ago, and things are looking good. The call forwarding works nicely, and I get my messages via email without delay. I had to call the office a couple of times to get everything sorted, and they were super helpful. The online dashboard could be a tad simpler for folks who aren't used to VOIP lingo or tech stuff, but all in all, it's been a solid experience.

Super quick service! I signed up for something but didn’t quite get it right. I chatted with a rep who canceled my order, and my cash was refunded in no time.

"Getting DD Up and Running with..."
Had a real tough time getting DD to work with other telecom providers for customer support. Goldfish was incredibly efficient, and we haven't faced a single issue since. They really went above and beyond our expectations.

"Simple to install"
Super simple to install, with clear instructions. Got it up and going in less than half an hour. I really wish there was a way to get incoming SMS/Text messages.

"Leroy for President"
After struggling with two Skype numbers that were useless and a support team that would have made Bill Gates lose his mind for two weeks, I finally stumbled upon Goldfish, thank goodness. The crew was super responsive, and Leroy, who handled my inquiry, was outstanding and definitely deserves a shout-out.

"Excellent Service Experience"
What a great service! I had given a few other companies a shot before reaching out to Gold Fish, and let me tell you, the difference was huge. "Needs an extra app to function..."
You gotta have a different third-party app for it to even work, and that thing just doesn't do its job. I'm missing crucial sales calls that I never get. I’d say this is only a good option if you're looking to create a complete SIP phone setup, not if you're just trying to use it as a different number on the same device.

"Good VOIP Service"
